  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind so please be sure to choose carefully. If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can organise a replacement for you.
  • We wrap and pack your items with love and care. Please note that once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the care of Australia Post. If an item is damaged in transit, you are able to lodge a claim with Australia Post directly.
